STORING YOUR CHOCOLATE

We recommend taking your chocolate inside immediately after delivery and storing it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat. In warmer weather months, we pack your order in an insulated package with an ice pack to help ensure its quality during transit. However, even this will not protect your chocolate and some candies from becoming gooey and melted if left unattended for long time periods in the high heat elements.

KEEP IN MIND

Since personalized and edible items cannot be returned, please keep the following in mind when placing your order online:

The colors you see on your personal computer, smartphone or other electronic device may not be an exact representation of the colors that will be printed.If you need a color match, you must provide us with the Pantone code or the CMYK color values.

Double check for spelling errors and dates or ages that may be entered. Also, make sure you include all the needed information for your personalized candy.

Remember that different brands of chocolate vary in taste and texture. No matter what treat you’re ordering, you can be sure that it will be fresh.

We ship every order with care and that means including climate controlled packaging for orders shipping during warm weather months. We can not accept any returns or issue refunds for items that are melted. We strongly recommend that you ship your order to a location where someone is present to bring the items inside upon delivery.

WRAPPER ONLY OPTION

Personalized wrappers without chocolate are a great option if you love to DIY or want a unique favor at a budget-friendly cost.

  • Easy-to-follow wrapping instructions are included with your order.

  • A non-toxic glue stick or double-sided tape are great adhesives.

  • Standard size wrappers only orders include silver foil sheets.

    Our wrappers are created to fit perfectly around standard-size 1.55 oz HERSHEY'S milk chocolate bars. We’ve found they also work with the HERSHEY'S 1.45 oz SPECIAL DARK, 1.75 oz MR. GOODBAR, 1.55 oz KRACKEL and 1.55 oz HERSHEY’S Cookies ‘n’ Creme bars, as well as Nestle 1.55 oz Crunch and 1.45 oz Milk Chocolate bars. Some candy bar brands or other HERSHEY candy bar flavors have different sizes and shapes and may not fit as well. One example is HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate with Almonds.
