Love It or Return It

If you order doesn’t meet your expectations, Contact Us. You can return it within 10 business days for an exchange, replacement or product refund less discount value. All custom artwork, proof and shipping fees are non-refundable. Saleable items are subject to a 15% or $5 min restocking fee.

 

Please retain all original order packaging to ensure returned items are in saleable condition when we receive them from you. A friendly member of our team will provide more details on how to return your order to us.

 

Email Confirmations

When you place your order online, you will receive a web confirmation email immediately after your order has been submitted. Please check your junk, spam and bulk folders and add order@whcandy.com to your address book to ensure email delivery.

 

Once we review your order and process the charge to your credit card, you will receive a second email with a 10 digit order confirmation number. If you place your order by phone, you will only receive a order confirmation number.

 

Changing Your Order

If you have a change to your order please Contact Us by phone, email or live chat as soon as possible. If your order is still in our building, we will work with you to make the necessary change.

 

Please keep in mind additional charges may apply if your order has already been printed when the change is requested.

 

Design Changes

We are happy to work with you to make a change to your design! Contact our friendly team by phone, email or live chat for help, or make a note of your preferred change in the "Details You'd Like to Clarify" box during the ordering process. In some cases, additional fees may apply.

Proof Changes

If you choose to receive a proof, you will receive an emailed PDF to approve or make changes to within 3 business days. Once you receive the proof if you have a change, reply via email or Contact Us by phone, email or live chat.

 

Quantity Changes

If your order hasn't left our building, we are happy to work with you to make changes to the quantity of your order. Depending on whether your order has been printed, additional fees may apply if you choose to reduce the quantity of your order. Contact our team by email, phone or live chat as soon as possible if you'd like to make a change.

 

Address Changes

If you'd like to make a change to your shipping address, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We are happy to make any changes necessary. If your order has already shipped, additional fees may apply or we may not be able to make the change.

 

Storing Your Chocolate

We recommend taking your chocolate inside immediately after delivery and storing it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

Order Status

When you place your order online, you will select the best shipping and processing method for you. Your web confirmation will include a "Deliver by" date and you can expect your order to arrive on or before this date. Contact our friendly team by phone, email or live chat for an update with your order status.

 

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. Please contact us via email, phone or live chat to submit your request. If your order has been printed when the cancellation is requested, additional fees may apply.

 

Damage

On rare occasions you may notice damage to your package when it arrives. Please Contact Us as soon as possible to let us know when this occurs.

 

We will work with our shipping carrier to pick up and inspect your package. Please retain all original packaging and product until the damage investigation is complete.

 

Shortage

We weigh each order before it ships to ensure the correct merchandise is included in the package. If you notice a shortage in your order when it arrives, please contact us as soon as possible.

Extra Wrappers

When possible, we will include extra wrappers in your order. Please enjoy this gift from us to you!

 

Price Adjustments

We will honor promotions and special pricing up to 10 business days after expiration. Past promotions and pricing cannot be combined with current promotions and pricing. Contact Us for help with a price adjustment. 

 

Gift Substitutions

During the holiday season, we may run out of inventory for the gift item you selected when placing your order online. In this case we will exchange your selected gift for one of equal weight and value.
