Email Confirmations

When you place your order online, you will receive a web confirmation email immediately after your order has been submitted. Please check your junk, spam and bulk folders and add order@whcandy.com to your address book to ensure email delivery.

 

Once we review your order and process the charge to your credit card, you will receive a second email with a 10 digit order confirmation number. If you place your order by phone, you will only receive a order confirmation number.

 

Changing Your Order

We start working on your order as soon as you hit submit! If you need to make changes to your order please Contact Us right away. The shipment of your order may be delayed with any change requests.

 

 

Address Changes

If you'd like to make a change to your shipping address, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We are happy to make any changes necessary. If your order has already shipped, additional fees may apply and delivery may be delayed. In some cases we may not be able to make the change.

 

Storing Your Chocolate

We recommend taking your chocolate inside immediately after delivery and storing it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

Order Status

When you place your order online, you will select the best shipping and processing method for you. Your web confirmation will include a "Deliver by" date and you can expect your order to arrive on or before this date. 

 

Cancellations

We process orders fast! We often begin preparing your order as soon as you submit it. For this reason, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been created and prepared for shipment. If we are able to stop an order before it leaves our facility, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged for personalized orders. 

 

Damage

On rare occasions you may notice damage to the contents when your pack arrives. Please Contact Us within 5 business days of receipt of the order if this occurs.

 

We will work with our shipping carrier to pick up and inspect your package. Please retain all order packaging and product until the damage investigation is complete.

 

Shortage

We weigh each order before it ships to ensure the correct merchandise is included in the package. Please Contact Us within 5 business days of receipt of the order if you notice any shortages in the package. Please retain all order packaging.

 

Price Adjustments

We will honor promotions and special pricing up to 5 business days after expiration. Past promotions and pricing cannot be combined with current promotions and pricing. Contact Us for help with a price adjustment. 

 

Order Information

Our goal is to exceed your expectations on every order! If for any reason your order doesn't meet your expectations, Contact Us within 5 business days of receipt of your order determined by USPS/FedEx tracking.

 

To protect the health and safety of our customer's, we do not accept returns of edible items. All personalizd items are created to order just for you and your event. Therefore, they may not be returned.

 

Non-personalized and non-edible items can be returned for a product refund less any discounts, and shipping costs. All return reuqests must be approved by a member of our Customer Service  team prior to sending the order back. Please retain all original order packaging to ensure returned items are in saleable condition when we receive them from you. We recommend shipping a method that provides tracking. A 15% or $5 minimum processing fee will be applied to all returns. Refunds will not be issued for products returned or refused without approval. If parcels are refused, original and return shipping costs will be charged to the purchaser's original form of payment.

 

With that said, mistakes do happen. If there are any errors on your order, we are happy to correct it. Please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of your order. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements after this timeframe. Retain product and original order packaging for the return.

Keep in Mind

Since personalized and edible items cannot be returned, please keep the following in mind when placing your order online:

 

The colors you see on your personal computer, smartphone or other electronic device may not be an exact representation of the colors that will be printed.

 

Double check for spelling errors and dates or ages that may be entered. Is the quantity you selected fitting for your event? Keep in mind - you can’t go wrong with too many chocolate treats!

 

Different brands of chocolate vary in taste and texture. No matter what treat you’re ordering, you can be sure that it will be fresh.

 

We ship every order with care and that means including climate controlled packaging for orders shipping during warm weather months. We can not accept any returns or issue refunds for items that are melted. We strongly recommend shipping your orders to a location where someone is present to bring the items inside upon delivery.
